Shipping policy

Every work ships insured and tracked
Paintings are carefully wrapped, protected at the corners and packed in a rigid box or crate suited to their size. Every shipment is insured and trackable, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates
Israel — free.
Worldwide — a flat rate of ₪450 per order.

Processing time
Original paintings and prints: packed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Commissions: shipped once the painting is complete and fully dry, according to the timeline agreed with you.

Delivery time (estimated)
Israel: 2–5 business days.
Worldwide: up to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Customs and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees in the destination country. These are not included in the price or shipping cost and are paid by the buyer.

Damage in transit
If your work arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the work and the packaging. See our Refund Policy.
