Welcome to danaedri.com, the online studio of artist Dana Edri ("we", "us"). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. The works
Every original painting is a one-of-a-kind work, hand-painted in oil and hand-signed by the artist. Colours and textures may look slightly different on screen than in person, depending on your display. Dimensions are stated as accurately as possible and may vary by a few millimetres.

2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Israeli new shekels (ILS, ₪). For international buyers, any approximate amount shown in another currency is for reference only; your card issuer converts the charge at its own rate. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that happens, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Availability
Because each original exists only once, an order is confirmed only after payment is completed. If a work is sold twice at the same moment, the later order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

4. Shipping
Shipping is free within Israel. International shipping is a flat ₪450 per order. Works are packed with care and shipped insured and tracked. Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

5. Commissions
The subject, size, price and estimated timeline of a commissioned painting are agreed with you in writing before work begins. Because it is created especially for you, a commission cannot be cancelled once work has started and cannot be returned, except if it arrives damaged.

6. Prints
Prints are produced to order in the size you choose, hand-signed and numbered by the artist, and ship with a Certificate of Authenticity.

7. Returns and cancellations
Returns and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

8. Copyright
All artworks, images and texts on this website are the property of Dana Edri and are protected by copyright. Buying a painting or print transfers ownership of the physical object only; all reproduction rights remain with the artist. You may not copy, reproduce or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
