Refund policy

Original paintings — 14-day returns
You may return an original painting within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The work must arrive back in its original condition and original packaging, together with its Certificate of Authenticity.

How to return
Email us at studio@danaedri.com with your order number before sending anything. We will reply with the return address and packing instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping and insurance are paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked, insured service, as the work remains the buyer's responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds
Once the work arrives and is inspected, we will refund the price of the painting to your original payment method within 14 days. The original shipping cost is not refundable.

Non-returnable
Commissioned paintings and prints are made especially for you (to your chosen size or brief) and cannot be returned, except if they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged on arrival
Please inspect your order on delivery. If a work arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos of the work and the packaging. We will repair, replace or fully refund it, and cover all shipping costs.

Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection law of your country, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the EU 14-day cancellation right.
